The 2007 awards were incredibly successful for Victoria as a state. From these state winners Victoria also had a great representation at National Conference with 5 national winners. Additionally, Solution RED won the Platinum award for the highest score nationally and The Westin Melbourne was inducted in to the Hall of Fame for being a national winner for the third successive year.
To build on this success MEA Victoria will be holding a Meetings & Events Industry Awards Briefing on 2 October 2008 commencing 5.30 pm at the MEA Vic Office, 234 Macaulay Road, North Melbourne. This briefing will include presentations of how previous national winners won the award, the process involved and tips on how to get started in your organisation.
