Professional Development: Breakfast with O2 Speakers at Old Parliament House
Tuesday 30 September 2008
Do you spend half your day responding to email?
Do you have road runner syndrome, racing from crisis to crisis?
Do you get sick on weekends and on holidays?
Are you ‘inboxicated?’
If you answered yes, then you need to attend MEA ACT’s upcoming breakfast at Old Parliament House with guest performance expert speaker Andrew May (pictured above) of O2 Speakers. First a sell-out event by MEA NSW, now brought to Canberra by special demand!
Andrew May, a leading expert on performance and productivity, has spent the past 15 years perfecting and coaching on performance. Former Physical Performance Manager for the Australian Cricket team and coach to Olympic athletes, Andrew May is also a leading businessman, co-founding Good Health Solutions, Australia’s largest corporate health and performance company.
At the heart of Andrews ‘Switched On’ philosophy is understanding that we all have the power to control our energy levels and performance. Andrew’s presentations teach audiences to recognize their four different performance zones – chill, thrill, spill and kill – then provides simple tools to consciously move between these zones. By recognizing your predominant zone, you can better respond to situations, not to mention know when it’s time to stop and relax!
The task of navigating life’s frantically paced, 24/7 digital age has never been more complex or daunting, especially in the events industry! Learn how to Switch On when you need to and Switch Off when you can by attending the MEA ACT Breakfast on Tuesday 30 September – Click Here to register now or Click Here for further information.
